The Wellington Park Trust recently called for submissions on the latest proposal for a cable car on Mount Wellington, with 200 of the 226 respondents being against the proposal. These 200 apparently comprised a “noisy minority”, which makes you feel a little sorry for the remaining 26, or as we like to call them, the “silent even minorer minority”.
